Tra Que Vegetable
Tra Que vegetables have been famous for a long time. The many vegetable products grown on the fertile soil, fertilized with seaweed from Co Co River gives them their own unique flavor. Hoi An Ancient Town
Located on the banks of the poetic Thu Bon River, in central Quang Nam province, 30 kilometers south of Da Nang, Hoi An ancient town is an Eastern oriental classic location. Strategically located on the banks of the great river, with one seaside border (East), it used to be one of the major trading centers in Southeast Asia during the 16th century when it was occupied by western traders.
Cua Dai Beach
Cua Dai beach is located in the area of Cam An Ward, about 4km to the north-east of Hoi An Town. Cua Dai Beach is over 3km in length and up to 300m in width. The beach boasts fine white sand, clear and blue water, moderate slopes and small waves, which make it ideal for recreational activities like swimming and other sea sports.
An Bang Beach
An Bang Beach is the local, public beach of Hoi An. It is nestled about 4 kilometres from the town centre at the end of a country road that passes through verdant farmland.
If you want an alternative to the coconut palm fringed Cua Dai beach, An Bang is a nice alternative – although restauranteurs can be a bit pushy.
Japanese Covered Bridge
A local favorite, construction on this covered bridge began in the Year of the Monkey (1593) and was finished in the Year of the Dog (1595), hence the monkey and dog sculptures at either end.
Kim Bong Carpentry Village
These wonderful craftsmen and boys carve the most exquisite and intricate statues, while sitting on the ground, with hammer and chisels. Most of them were trained by their fathers, the artistry and knowledge passed down through the generations.
